April 2024 – Congratulations to MusicMaker students, Annabelle (4th grade), Benjamin (8th grade) and Connie (8th grade), for their accomplishments in the Texas Music Teachers Association Original Composition contest. Annabelle won 3rd place in the state-wide competition for her composition, Connie won 2nd place in state for her composition, and Benjamin received Honorable Mention in state.
Students will be honored with their pieces performed and monetary awards at the Texas Music Teachers Association convention in June. Way to go Connie, Annabelle, and Benjamin!
